TEACHING
Michael is on the faculty of the Yale School of the Environment and has taught and guest lectured at the University of Washington (UW), Washington State University (WSU), Seattle University, Tel Hai College in Israel, and other educational institutions. He was Visiting Faculty at the University of Wyoming's Ruckelshaus Institute in 2018-19, and was selected by the US Department of State to serve on the Fulbright Specialist Roster in 2019, being awarded a Fulbright Specialist grant to guest lecture and advise on collaborative governance at Tel Hai College and elsewhere in Israel in 2022.
Michael is passionate about teaching and open to discussing in-person or remote opportunities to provide instruction during the summer to the next generation of collaborative leaders. Courses Michael has taught include:
